Dillman Farm Preserves


1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
2 tablespoons of your favorite Dillman Farm
Preserves (we like Strawberry Rhubarb
or Organic Seedless Grape)
Preheat oven to 350°F


Scoop teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, Use a fork to make a crisscross pattern on the top. Use your thumb to make an indent in the center of each cookie. Fill indention with preserves. Bake for 8-11 minutes in the oven. Allow to cool for a couple minutes on the cookie sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
