Important – Shipping Damage Claims
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INSPECTING ALL SHIPMENTS UPON DELIVERY.
ANY DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED ON THE CARRIER'S DELIVERY RECEIPT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. FAILURE TO NOTE DAMAGE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT MAY RESULT IN A DENIED CLAIM AND NO CREDIT BEING ISSUED.
Customers must report concealed damage within 3 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged product, packaging, pallet, and carrier delivery receipt.
Requirements
- All new customers will need to fill out a New Customer Form and Credit Application.
Customer Terms of Payment
- Initial payment terms for new customers are prepaid via Cash, Credit Card, Check, or ACH.
- Payment terms may be granted after the completion and review of a credit application.
- Dillman Farm reserves the right to change terms based on payment history.
Fees for All Customers
- Credit card payments will incur a 2.0% processing fee to cover the chargeback fees from the credit card companies. The fee will be waived for new customers on their initial order only.
- Returned checks will incur a $35.00 NSF service fee and 1.5% is added to all past due invoices for each 30-day period after the due date.
- Past due accounts must be made current before the shipment of the next order is released.
Ordering Information
- No mixed cases and no back orders. You must reorder on your next order.
- Sampling credit is offered to all customers who sample in their stores and provide proof of sampling.
Shipping Terms
- You are responsible for checking the product for damage before the delivery driver leaves. Damage must be noted on the delivery receipt or you will not receive credit unless it is concealed damage within the boxes. You have 3 days to submit concealed damage claims to us with photo evidence of the damage.
Shipping Fees
- Additional fees will be charged on liftgate, residential, and limited access areas, including narrow driveways, no parking lot, and inside deliveries where the driver unloads your shipment.
- Freight shipments are shipped on standard-size pallets wrapped in black shrink wrap and labeled with multiple shipping stickers. If your pallet does not have these items, it is evidence of possible damage.

Submission of this form does not guarantee account approval. Dillman Farm will review the information provided and may request additional details before opening or updating a wholesale account.
Pricing & Availability
Wholesale pricing, product availability, case packs, lead times, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be confirmed at the time an order is placed or approved.
Resale & Representation
Wholesale products are intended for approved resale channels. Customers agree not to misrepresent Dillman Farm products, ingredients, labels, certifications, or brand materials.
Private Label / Label Type
If private label or customer-supplied labeling is involved, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all label information, claims, artwork, and regulatory requirements before use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
