We do not ship international orders. For special orders or APO, please call. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. UPS does not forward packages, so we guarantee delivery only to addresses we are given. If your package returns to us. we will attempt to contact you to assess redelivery or refund.  If you choose to reship the package to a different address, you must pay for the cost to reship. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship 2nd day air; please call for shipping rates. Orders ship within 72 hours of receiving the order. All in-stock orders should be received within 7-10 business days. Expedited Delivery is available; please call for options.

Certain items that are oversized, heavy or require special packaging are more costly to ship. These items have a surcharge noted in parentheses after the price of the item. The delivery surcharge is in addition to the standard shipping charges.

In the event we are temporarily out of an item, we will email you and the package will not be shipped until we get confirmation of an alternative item. Order will be refunded in the event that we do not hear back from you. 

Products that are damaged or otherwise mishandled in transit will be eligible for refund or replacement. We encourage our customers not to sign or accept any damaged packages. In the event that your package is damaged, please call our customer service representatives at 800-222-5886 for assistance.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all Dillman Farm products, or we will make it right with either an equal replacement or a refund. Call 800-359-1362 and ask for customer service.
