Non-returnable items
Perishable goods such as our products cannot be returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items are damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item at dillman@dillmanfarm.com or by calling 800-359-1362, We will evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask you to send us a picture of the damaged product for submission to the shipping company.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request. If approved, we will either replace the product or reimburse you for the damaged amount at our discretion. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
