We slow simmer Michigan apples in a kettle with a blend of sugar and spices to create a soft, spreadable texture. It goes great on toast, muffins, scones, oatmeal, and can be used in hundreds of baked dishes! This apple butter works great as a glaze on ribs and other barbecued meats as well!
