Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • Flour tortilla shells
  • 1 jar of Dillman Farm Salsa (we used Pineapple Mango Salsa, Cilantro Salsa, and Traditional Salsa)
  • Fish sticks
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 6 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 2 tsp garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Cook the fish in the oven or a conventional oven. Follow the instructions on the package.
  2. While the fish is cooking, mix the 2 tsp of cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
  3. Rub the fish in the mixture.
  4. Scoop out the avocados from the peel and combine with the yogurt, cilantro, garlic cloves, olive oil, ground cumin, and 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of pepper.
  5. Place a fish stick in each tortilla shell. Cover with the avocado mixture.
  6. Top the tacos with salsa and Enjoy!
