Fish Tacos
Ingredients
- Flour tortilla shells
- 1 jar of Dillman Farm Salsa (we used Pineapple Mango Salsa, Cilantro Salsa, and Traditional Salsa)
- Fish sticks
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp coriander
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 ripe avocados
- 6 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 2 tsp garlic cloves
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Cook the fish in the oven or a conventional oven. Follow the instructions on the package.
- While the fish is cooking, mix the 2 tsp of cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
- Rub the fish in the mixture.
- Scoop out the avocados from the peel and combine with the yogurt, cilantro, garlic cloves, olive oil, ground cumin, and 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of pepper.
- Place a fish stick in each tortilla shell. Cover with the avocado mixture.
- Top the tacos with salsa and Enjoy!
